Lesen Sie die folgenden Zeilen sorgfltig durch, bevor Sie diese Software bentzen. Sollten Sie mit dem folgenden nicht einverstanden sein, so bentzen Sie diese Software nicht und lschen Sie sie von Ihren Datentrgern.
Nutzungserlaubnis

Sie sind berechtigt, die Software kostenlos und zeitlich uneingeschrnkt zu nutzen.
Reproduktion und Weitervertrieb

Sie sind berechtigt, diese Software mit den damit verbundenen Dateien an Dritte weiterzugeben, solange Sie exakte Kopien ohne Vernderung (Weglassen oder Hinzufgen von Dateien, Verndern jeglicher Art) anfertigen. Sie drfen diese Software und ihre Dokumentation keinem kommerziellen Programm beilegen, auer mit schriftlicher Erlaubnis des Herstellers.
Produktuntersttzung

Als Anwender dieser Software haben Sie keinen Anspruch auf Produktuntersttzung (Support) durch den Hersteller. Trotzdem ist der Hersteller bemht, Supportanfragen zu beantworten. Produktuntersttzung wird ausschlielich per eMail angeboten (eMail-Adresse ist im Info-Dialog verfgbar). Bitte nennen Sie in der Supportanfrage die eingesetzte Produktversionen sowie die verwendete Hard- und Software (Betriebssystem).
Beschrnkte Gewhrleistung

Diese Software wird bereitgestellt wie besehen. Soweit gesetzlich zulssig, lehnt der Hersteller alle Gewhrleistungen hinsichtlich der Software unabhngig davon, ob sie ausdrcklich oder konkludent gewhrt worden sind, einschlielich, aber nicht beschrnkt auf konkludente Gewhrleistungen fr Tauglichkeit und Eignung fr einen bestimmten Zweck. Soweit gesetzlich zulssig, haften der Hersteller oder seine Lieferanten auf keinen Fall fr irgendwelche Schden gleich welcher Art, einschlielich, aber nicht beschrnkt auf direkte oder indirekte Schden aus Krperverletzung, entgangenem Gewinn, Betriebsunterbrechung, Verlust geschftlicher Informationen oder irgendeinem anderen Vermgensschaden aus der Benutzung der Software oder aus der Tatsache, dass sie nicht benutzt werden kann, selbst wenn der Hersteller auf die Mglichkeit solcher Schden hingewiesen worden ist.

In keinem Fall kann die Haftung die an den Hersteller gezahlte Gebhr berschreiten.

Einige Staaten/Gerichtsbarkeiten gestatten den Ausschluss oder die Begrenzung der Haftung fr Folge- oder zufllig entstandene Schden nicht, in diesen Fllen gelten die vorstehenden Bestimmungen fr Sie mglicherweise nicht.
Sonstige Bestimmungen

Die Lizenzvereinbarungen fr diese Software knnen von Zeit zu Zeit angepasst werden. Daher gelten stets die mit der vom Kunden eingesetzten Version dieser Software ausgelieferten Lizenzbestimmungen.

Sollten eine oder mehrere Bestimmungen dieser Vereinbarungen ungltig sein oder werden, bleiben die Lizenzvereinbarungen samt allen brigen Bestimmungen gltig. Ungltige Bestimmungen sind durch solche zu ersetzen, die dem wirtschaftlichen Zweck der ursprnglichen mglichst nahe kommen.

Alle erwhnten Warenzeichen und Copyrights gehren ihren jeweiligen Eigentmern.

EULA (End User License Agreement) IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author of this Software RippMe. By installing, copying, or otherwise using RippMe, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not understand or agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use RippMe.
Note the following:
RippMe does add itself during the installation process to the startup group. This can be disabled during the installation process.
The RippMe options mention above and many others can be modified in the RippMe preferences at any time after installation.
SOFTWARE LICENSE
RippMe is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. RippMe is licensed, not sold.
Lindy grants you the non-exclusive right to use the software free of charge for an unlimited period if you:
a) use the software exclusively at home for non-commercial or job-related purposes.);
b) are a student, teacher or belong in some other capacity to an non-profit organization or educational institution (schools, colleges or universities providing an all-round education);
c) not profitable start-up company with less then ten computers. Companys in non industrial countrys which do not relate to a mother company from an industrial countrys or is financed through investors and has less then ten computers.
If you do not meet one of the three requirements for using the software free of charge, you can test it for up to sixty days after the date you first installed it in order to decide whether you want to buy a license for the commercial usage of RippMe. Once this period elapses, end users who do not meet the requirements specified in a), b) and c) above are only permitted to use the software after paying a license fee to RippMe (for a commercial license).
At the moment there are no commercial licenses available and RippMe can be used for free up to further informations.
Any filtering system carries the risk of false-positives. You therefore acknowledge and agree that the Software may erroneously label emails from time to time, and the Company shall have no liability of any kind resulting from any such mislabeled emails.
DISTRIBUTION.
You may distribute an unlimited number of copies of the Software; provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA. Copies of the Software may be distributed as a standalone product.
The Software may not be sold or be included in a product or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the Software. The Software may be included in any free or non-profit packages or products.
COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to RippMe (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and applets incorporated into RippMe), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the RippMe are owned by the Author of this Software. RippMe is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
NO WARRANTIES.
The Authors of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for RippMe. RippMe and any related documentation is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of All-in-One
PRIVACY.
We fully appreciate the importance of Privacy for every person.
HOW TO UNINSTALL.
You can uninstall RippMe by following these instructions:
(1) Exit RippMe
(2) Open Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and remove the RippMe module or choose the uninstall option in the RippMe Menu.
(3) Empty your recycle bin.
Like most software programs, RippMe does add some entries to your registry which are not removed. They do not change the behavior of your PC once the application has been uninstalled. These entries should not be removed unless done by a professional computer user or Registry Cleaner Software.
